After stepping back from active advisory work for 30 years—and taking a well-deserved year of rest—Roland is re-entering the field with a renewed focus on sharing his extensive knowledge and experience. His passion now centres on educating others in key financial concepts, supported by his university-level training in instruction. Over the years, Roland has taught a wide range of programs, including the Life License Qualification Program for new insurance professionals, fire training courses through his service as an active firefighter, Transport Canada Fire Officer, and Fire Chief in Spruce Grove, Alberta, as well as agricultural instruction through Alberta’s Green Certificate Program.
Roland is the father of two, grandfather of two, and great-grandfather of three. Roland and his beloved wife, Pat, enjoy the company of their two dogs, Izzy and Isla.

With twenty-eight years of dedicated client service, Pat has joined Next Level Insurance with a focus on client care—an area she has always excelled in and genuinely enjoys. With three decades of client service experience, she has seen it all and she is happy to help navigate.
During her fifty-two years of marriage, Pat has valued the opportunity to work alongside her husband, Roland, both professionally and in their community involvement. She has always enjoyed encouraging children, supporting families, and being part of meaningful decisions.
Pat spends her time baking cinnamon buns, walking their dogs, playing with their great grandbabies and sewing dresses for her church.

Taylor serves in Client Care and Operations at Next Level Insurance. A Certified Red Seal Journeyman Welder, she brings a disciplined and solutions-focused mindset shaped by her background in the trades.
Born and raised in Alberta as one of five children, Taylor developed a strong work ethic early in life. Through her experience in the trades, she built a strong foundation in discipline, precision, regulatory standards, and accountability — qualities that now shape her approach to client care and operational structure.
She supports client servicing, annual reviews, and internal processes, helping ensure the firm operates smoothly and consistently. Taylor believes that strong systems create trust and that solid foundations — whether in steel or in financial planning — lead to long-term stability.
As a devoted mother of three and owner of two energetic dogs, Taylor understands firsthand the importance of protecting what matters most and planning thoughtfully for the future.
